These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website neovrplayhub.info and the virtual reality gaming services provided by NeoVR Play Hub Pty Ltd ("NeoVR Play Hub", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session: full refund
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session: 50% cancellation fee applies
• No-shows: no refund
• We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

4. Health and Safety

Participants must comply with all safety instructions provided by our staff. VR experiences are not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, serious motion sickness, heart conditions, or those who are pregnant. Minimum age is 7 years. Participants under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who poses a safety risk.

5. Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully toward staff and other customers. Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. Damage to equipment caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible party.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on neovrplayhub.info, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of NeoVR Play Hub Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, NeoVR Play Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
