All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Participants must comply with all safety instructions provided by our staff. VR experiences are not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, serious motion sickness, heart conditions, or those who are pregnant. Minimum age is 7 years. Participants under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who poses a safety risk.
You agree to behave respectfully toward staff and other customers. Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. Damage to equipment caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible party.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, NeoVR Play Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
